Please provide any special instructions and forms you have already completed that can be used in the assessment process. Within 24 hours you will be contacted by an ergonomic consultant who will walk you through the process that will best meet your budget and ergonomic needs. Upon completion of the ergonomic assessment you will be provided with a formal ergonomic evaluation which will outline current concerns or changes made at the time of the evaluation and equipment recommendations. With your approval, equipment will be ordered and installed at a time that is convenient to you and your staff member.
